Connemara Pony Sales are Ireland’s largest and leading sale of Connemara Ponies and Horses. Based in Clifden, the heart of Connemara which host seven sales held annually in February, April, May, August, October and December bringing together horse & pony buyers and sellers from around the globe.
Our next sale will take place on Sunday September 22nd. Our sale will commence at 10am where online bidding will be available on MartEye.
Entries are now open for our five day October sale and will close by Monday September 23rd at the latest.
We make the purchasing of Connemara Ponies very easy and safe regardless of where a customer is based Vetting, stabling and transportation of Connemara ponies can be organised for people who purchase at our sale. Our team will make the organisation of this as seamless and straightforward for you as possible

We offer Connemara Ponies suitable for all equestrian disciplines. We offer Colts, Fillies, Geldings, Mares and Stallions. We have ponies for all ages so if you’re looking for a pony for your 12 year old daughter or a pony that you plan to compete with you will find it at our sale where on a given day there will be in excess of 200 ponies available for sale.
We aim to accommodate our customers in any way possible. We offer ringside bidding, online bidding and phone bidding if required. We host an online catalogue where photos, videos and vet certs of the ponies on offer are viewable.
