Annaveigh Vahey went through the Connemara Pony Sales ring in May 2019 (lot 318) as a 4 year old and was sold for €1,300. 

Since then she has progressed to become a 2* eventer with Tara Kane Representing Great Britain and placing 2nd in the 2* event at the Ballindenisk International Horse Trials in 2025, Representing Scotland in the 2*L in Bishop Burton in 2025, and qualifying and successfully completing clear rounds at Badminton Horse Trials in 2024 and 2025 Badminton Grassroots Championships amongst many others.

To date, Annaveigh Vahey has bred one foal, Hazelwood Dawn (2018 by Hazelwood Shadow) prior to her eventing career. Hazelwood Dawn went through the Clifden Sales ring in September 2020 (Lot 54) and is now eventing in Italy at the CN80 level
